Together you and Lena will use a person-centered, strength-based approach to identify and practice coping skills and expand emotional awareness and resilience. Life is stressful and full of difficult experiences, and through art therapy directives as well as talk therapy techniques, Lena partners with you to help identify what it is that you would like to change and make a plan of action. Art therapy can help provide clarity and focus through safe expression of big or difficult emotions and stressful experiences, provide an emotional outlet, and help us learn our patterns and how to make effective changes. Art therapy is for anyone regardless of ability, as a safe and non-judgmental way to express and process difficult feelings and event and begin healing. Whatever it is you need, Lena looks forward to partnering with you in support and compassion. There can be many external factors that make it more difficult for us to regulate our emotions, calm our anxiety, and allow ourselves to rest. Lena currently offers remote sessions only.
