About

Anny takes a collaborative and human approach to therapy. They believe that there is no “one-size-fits-all,” and Anny always aim to tailor their work to each person’s individual needs. Although their therapy style varies from client to client, Anny always maintain my genuine personality in sessions and approaches their clients with the same level of compassion, empathy, and authenticity. Anny's main focus in the work is building trust and connection, while actively working to embrace your humanness, and their own, in session. It is Anny's belief that one of the main benefits of therapy is its capacity to help you get honest with yourself, whether that’s about what is wrong, what is causing you pain, what needs to change, or what you really want from life. Their role as therapist is to help facilitate progress towards reaching a deeper level of honesty and understanding so you can work towards your goals as you define them.
