In individual psychotherapy, you’ll look at how you are currently living and clarify what is working for you and what you want to change. A therapeutic conversation heightens awareness of your feelings, thoughts, sensations, and behaviors. With Adam’s support, you’ll learn to use your growing awareness as a ground for taking experimental steps in new enlivening directions. The therapy process leads toward resolution, change, and growth. Adam will help you apply what you learn in therapy to your daily life.
